SEMIAUTOMATIC DOUGH DIVIDER

Hydraulic operating machine, with a double acting cylinder for the pressing and cutting phase. All the functions are carried out using a joystick that allows to make only the pressing, the pressing with cutting and the cleaning of the blades very easily and quickly.


The semiautomatic portioning machines are machines that allow to cut a piece of raw dough into several portions, both small and large, with a shape and an equal weight depending on the model.


Hydraulic displacement machine, with a double acting cylinder for the pressing and cutting phase. All the functions are carried out thanks to a joystick that allows to make only the pressing, pressing with cutting, lowering and cleaning of the knives in a very simple and fast way.


Work cycle
1. introduce the product in the tank;
2. close the lid;
3. use the joystick (pressing and cutting);
4. manual opening of the lid;
5. remove the portions of dough cut.


Pressing time: it is the time that serves to distribute the dough inside the vat in a uniform way, so that in the cutting phase each portion has the same weight and volume. If the exterior portions are heavier than the interior ones, it will be necessary to reduce the time; On the other hand, if the weight is lower, it is necessary to increase the time.


Advice: put an abundant amount of flour in the tub and on top of the product, facilitating in this way the distribution of the dough in the tub; It will also be easier at the time of cutting to keep the obtained portions well separated from each other.


Cutting time: this is the time necessary for the blades to cut the product evenly inside the tank.


Optional: grid support (only in porcionadoras or presses with rectangular tub) regulation of high and low pressure 25-40 bar stainless steel fairing

All machines are supplied as standard with 400 volt 50 Hz 3 phase connection. Upon request, they can be supplied with different voltages.
